Licensing
ClearThis Entertainment is a one-stop shop for all of your licensing needs. We obtain licenses from all necessary publishers and agencies (i.e., Harry Fox Agency). We help secure physical, DPD, ringtone, synchronization, master, print and all other musical uses for organizations. Through this process, your company retains all licensing by having all licenses in your company’s name. If a mechanical license cannot be obtained directly from the publisher, we can also file a “Notice of Intention” on your company’s behalf to obtain a compulsory license. In addition to securing licenses for your company, we will also upload those licenses into your relevant data management systems.
